क्या आप पांचवी पास से तेज हैं ..?

चालीस साल के 'युवा' किसान नकुल साय अपनी टंगिया को कंधे मे चिपकाए, साम्राज्य का भ्रमण कर रहे है। बरौनाकुण्डा गांव की तीन एकड़ भूमि मे इनकी बादशाहत चलती है। हर एकड़ पीछे 25 आम, १५ काजू और 10 नीबू के पौधे इनकी प्रजा हैं। राज्य की सीमाओं की मजबूत रवाई, बेशरम की बुआई और कांटेदार बबूल से किलेबंदी की गई है। किले के प्रवेश द्वार पर बांस और टिन का मजबूत दरवाजा है जिस पर लगे चिटपुटिया ताले को खोले बगैर कोई घुस नहीं सकता। सावधान, इसकी चाभी सिर्फ नकुल साय के पास है। 

प्रजा हट्टी कट्ठी, अपनी उम्र से ज्यादा कद काठी की है। उनकी प्यास बुझाने के लिए कुंआ खोदा गया है, पंप और पाइपलाइन लगाई गई है। अब इतना कुछ है तो राज्य की आर्थिक स्थिति मजबूत करने को मटर, गोभी, टमाटर, मिर्च, मूंगफली, हल्दी की खेती करना लाजिमी था, सो वो भी है। बीस हजार कमा चुके हैं, तो पैतीस हजार का गणित तैयार है। 

भरा पूरा राज्य है तो चिंताऐ भी तो होनी चाहिए। वो भी है। रवाईबंदी गर्मियों मे सूखकर कमजोर पड़ जाएगी तब अड़ोस पड़ोस के घुसपैठिए पशुओ से खतरा हो सकता है। नकुल चाहते है कि कुछ लोन-वोन मिल जाए तो पूरे खेत की बाड़बंदी कंटीले तारो से करवा दें। इस विषय पर कोआपरेटिव के मैनेजर साहिब से शिखर वार्ता अंतिम दौर मे है। 

पांचवी पास आदिवासी, नकुल का नाम माता पिता ने चाहे जो सोचकर रखा हो, पांडवों की तरह खांडवप्रस्थ को इन्द्रप्रस्थ बनाने का काम उन्होने कर डाला है। पुरखौती मे ये बादशाहत उन्हे नही मिली थी। मिली थी तो बमुश्किल 9 एकड़ जमीन जिसमे 7 एकड़ टिकरा भूमि थी। 2011 मे जनमित्रम के बाड़ी कार्यक्रम मे स्वयं एवं पुत्रों तथा पुत्रों सहित शामिल हुए उसमे तीन एकड़ भूमि मे बागान लगाया। उम्मीद नहीं थी कि इस भूमि मे कुछ हो सकेगा। मगर संस्था ने मिट्टी परीक्षण करवाने के बाद उचित खाद और दवाईयां दी। फलदार पौधों के लिए एक क्यूबिक मीटर के गढ्ढे खोदे गए। पौधों मे उचित अंतराल रखते हुए रोपण किया। पानी की व्यवस्था हुई। अंतर्वर्ती फसलों के चयन मे भी सलाह मिली। देखते ही देखते मिट्टी ने अपना रंग बदलना शुरू किया, और नकुल साय ने भी। प्रोत्साहन और आत्मविश्वाश की नियमित खुराक ने नकुल साय को शहंशाहों सा अंदाज दे दिया है।

नकुल के पिता नूतन साय ने 1985 के आसपास किसी सरकारी विभाग की मदद से 1 एकड़ मे बागान लगाया था। वहां पौधे तो बड़े हो गए है मगर फल अधिक नहीं आते। नकुल इसका कारण बताते है - बा (पिता) ने वृक्षों केे बीच अंतराल बहुत कम रखा था। इस कारण पौधों को धूप और मिट्ठी से पोषण ठीक से नहीं मिल पाता। मैने यह गलती नही की। 

नकुल की पत्नी लच्छनबाई के साथ परिवार मे दो पुत्र राम सिंह तथा ओमप्रकाश और दो पुत्रियां जयललिता तथा ओम कुमारी है। अपने पौधों को समान प्यार और बढोतरी देने वाले नकुल ने घर पर भी बेटे और बेटी मे कोई भेद नहीं किया। बडा बेटा पढ़लिख कर हाल ही मे वन विभाग का "नाका साहब" बन चुका है। छोटा बेटा अभी आठवी में है। बड़ी बेटी जयललिता जहां अपने मेरिट के दम पर आइटीआई कर रही है तो छोटी बेटी बारहवीं मे है। 

रायगढ़ जैसे जिले मे जिसने विगत दस वर्षों मे कन्या भू्रण हत्या के मामले मे राज्य मे सबसे उंचा स्थान पा चुका है वहां नकुल साय जैसे लोग समाज को राह दिखाने वाले है। नकुल से मिलकर निकलते हुए बस यही ख्याल दिमाग मे कौंध रहा था - क्या हम इस पांचवी पास से तेज हैं?

SP Singh Memorial Scholarship : New Initiative of JanMitram

JanMitram is running variety of programme in field. Each and every member and volunteer of JanMitram feels empathy with poor and deprived people. Our primary focus is combating poverty; however, it is sometimes necessary to help people in those areas which are not out primary focus.  Education is foundation of a successful life.  We have seen many youth and girls dropping out of education due to financial constraints. Therefore, the managing board decided to establish a fund for providing scholarship to student belonging ultra poor families.

 JanMitram Scholarship for ultra poor

Four categories of scholarship were decided. For Boy’s higher and professional education i.e. MBA, BE, Medical etc, The S.P.Singh Memorial scholarship is started. Mrs. Janak Dulari Scholarship is for girls in same category. Both scholarships are established on name of parents of organization’s Secretary, Mr. Manish Singh.

Shri K.G.Goswami Scholarship for boys and Keser Goswami Scholarship for girls are founded in school education category. Both are parents of our President Dr. M.G.Goswami.

This was the first year of scholarship and four students got assistance for Engineering collage fee.  In School Education Category 74 Student assistance for Fees, uniforms, Books etc. one Handicapped was provided wheel chair to facilitate his collage visits.
